TACA is pleased to offer a Future of the Arts Scholarship for area students pursuing Dance, Music, Theater or Visual Art. Other considerations include writing, directing/producing, film, theatrical engineering or design, etc. If you plan to pursue an art form not listed and are not sure if it qualifies, just email info@tacfta.org and we will be happy to help you. You must be a resident of Huron, Sanilac or Tuscola County.
The 2011 award will be one $1000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior.
Our goal is to build the fund so that we may increase the number of awards and award amount. So far, the Future of the Arts Scholarship has been funded solely by raffle ticket sales at all of our dinner theater productions and other event raffles as designated. If you would like to help us to foster the arts through supporting its future, please make a monetary donation to the Future of the Arts Scholarship fund.
